Three LWK Projects winning four awards in MIPIM Asia 2017

We are thrilled to announce another successful year for LWK’s projects at the MIPIM Asia Awards 2017. This year LWK again topped competitors from various Asian countries to win four awards out of our three shortlisted projects. It is our great honour to receive the “Special Jury Award” for the second consecutive year! Our heritage revitalization project, Blue House Cluster, was crowned the Gold Award for “Best Urban Regeneration Project” and “Special Jury Award”, while our other two projects, Anji Tourist Centre in Zhejiang and Whitesands in Hong Kong, attained the Silver Awards for “Best Hotel & Tourism Development” and “Best Residential Development” respectively.
The MIPIM Asia Awards is the annual award recognising the property industry’s best and brightest, rewarding innovation and achievement in a variety of fields. The awards are presented during the Gala Dinner yesterday evening, after selection by a prestigious jury and voting by this year’s MIPIM Asia delegates.
