We are thrilled to announce another successful year for LWK’s projects at the MIPIM Asia Awards 2017. This year LWK again topped competitors from various Asian countries to win four awards out of our three shortlisted projects.

We are proud to announce that the Revitalisation of Blue House Cluster, Hong Kong has won the Award of Excellence at 2017 UNESCO Asia-Pacific Awards for Cultural Heritage Conservation, among keen competition of sixteen projects from six countries.

With a deeply rooted foundation in Hong Kong, LWK is dedicated to supporting local architects and the development of Hong Kong’s architectural industry for more than 30 years. Over the weeks, we have participated in various annual events including the HKIA Annual Dinner, HKIP Annual Dinner and HKILA Annual Dinner.

We are excited to announce our project team of Ningbo New World Phase 2 has been awarded with the Best BIM Architect Award at the third International BIM Awards cum Conference hosted by Building SMART Hong Kong (bSHK) on 21 November. We are glad to be recognised for our mastery in BIM and will continue our commitment to promote BIM application.

Landmark Riverside Park was glad to be awarded with Silver Award in ICSC Shopping Centre & Retailer Awards 2017 – Development & Design Category, which LWK is responsible for conceptual and detailed master planning.
