Graduated from the University of Sydney and the University of Hong Kong, Mr. Oleum Chan joined LWK in 2016 and is responsible for all projects in eastern China. He is a Registered Architect, a HKIA member, an Authorized Person and a Registered Inspector with over 20-year experience in design and administration in wide range of new building and refurbishment projects including village houses, schools, student hostels, residences, office buildings, retail development and sports centre in Hong Kong and various large scale mixed-use projects in China.
