Mr. David He joined LWK & Partners in 2007 and is a Director of the LWK & Partners Shenzhen office. With David’s many years of experience in China and Australia, he has extensive experience in design, project administration and statutory submissions. David has a B. Arch from HUST China and a Master of Urban Design from the University of Hong Kong.
