Mr. H.C. Chan is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, a Registered Architect of the Architects Registration Board and an Authorized Person with the Buildings Department, HKSAR. He is also LEED AP and Beam Professional so as to proactively advocate the Sustainable and Green Buildings at Hong Kong projects.

He graduated from the University of Hong Kong and joined LWK & Partners since 2005. He has 14 years of local design and administrative experiences in both Hong Kong and China projects, with a wide spectrum on residential, institutional, retail and hotel projects. Apart from projects experiences, he has been Guest Critic to Design Studio at City University in 2008, 2009 and 2011 and actively involved in community and academic activities. .
